Assessment

Diagnosis of mental health disorders

An assessment phase, spread over several sessions, is systematically carried out to better understand the nature of the difficulties, their context of emergence, the factors contributing to their persistence, and to guide the therapeutic approach by establishing clear objectives that correspond to your needs. A diagnosis can then be established when necessary or relevant.

EMDR

EMDR Canada and EMDRIA Certified Practice

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an approach used in psychotherapy, particularly in the treatment of psychological trauma and certain significant experiences whose effects persist in daily life. As a certified practitioner, I use this approach when appropriate, depending on the individual's situation and needs.

Psychotherapy

Integrative approach

My approach, rooted in cognitive-behavioral and humanistic principles, explores the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also placing significant emphasis on subjective experience, the individual's pace, the development of their potential, and the mobilization of their resources. I work to foster a deeper understanding of the challenges encountered and their interplay, while identifying appropriate coping strategies.

Training

For professionals and organizations

Training can be offered to clinical teams, particularly in psychotraumatology, suicide prevention, as well as around issues related to migration, intercultural intervention and support for refugees or asylum seekers.
