This information is provided voluntarily by the user to enable us to get in touch or respond to a request for information. The information submitted via the form is sent by email to the professional responsible for the website and is used solely to respond to the enquiry or to follow up on it. Users are advised not to submit any sensitive, medical or confidential personal information via the contact form.

In accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, any person may request access to their personal information, request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, or raise a query regarding the protection of their personal information. Any request may be addressed to the Data Protection Officer.





FEES AND APPEALS​

11. Payment of fees and conciliation procedure

Professional fees are communicated at the time of booking an appointment. They are then formalised upon signing the consent form at the start of the treatment. In accordance with the regulations applicable to psychologists under the Quebec Professional Code concerning the conciliation and arbitration of fee accounts (Chapter C-26, Regulation 220), any person who has a dispute regarding a fee account may request conciliation from the syndic of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec. This request must be submitted within 45 days of receiving the invoice. If conciliation fails to resolve the dispute, the case may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable regulations.
